Sorry it's been so long. We've been really busy! We've been having a blast with Wade these last few weeks. He's really talking a lot and LOVES to play outside. In fact we expanded our patio to have more mud free play space. Once we get a good picture of it we will share.
Wade has been learning how to play golf, baseball and football...and he's got quite an arm. We can't tell if he's a lefty or righty yet. He loves to watch Golf on television, which Daddy is happy about but me, not so much. His newest thing is saying, "Ready....GO!" which was what he was doing to try to hurry this golfer up. He also says it before he swings the golf club at the tennis ball that is sitting on the baseball tee.
Ready, GO!
Last weekend we went to the Rodeo. Wade got to pet a cow, which was surely the highlight of his week. He also enjoyed the pony ride.
Here is a slide show of pictures from the last month or so. We have way too many to post them all so I decided to post some of the good ones. We've come to realize we really need a photography class and a decent camera....we stink at taking pictures!
Uncle Craig and Aunt Sarah came to see us this weekend and what a great time we had!! On Saturday we went to the zoo. We were so excited to show Wade all of the animals, since he is saying so many animal sounds now. Especially the lion, since Wade loves to roar!! Naturally Wade was very excited to see all the new things.
We all got to spend so much time playing, Wade was just so exhausted at the end of the weekend, but had a great time with Aunt Sarah and uncle Craig.
The final piece of exciting news is Wade's new Jeep. Cary went and picked it up over the weekend. Wade loves riding in it!
Just a quick update to let everyone know how Wade's 15 month check up went.
As we all expected Wade is doing great! Dr. Q was very impressed with all of his talking and expects him to be a proficient verbal communicator in 2-3 months. I swear the other night he said, "read to me". This morning he woke up asking for "Blues Clues" and even knows the songs and sings along.
He is 86% in height and 16% in weight. Tall and skinny, which doesn't surprise anyone. He did get 2 shots, but was a little trooper and only cried for a few minutes.

Wade and Brayden played together on Saturday night and it was so cute to watch them interact. They both go to the same babysitter during the week, so I think they will be good friends some day!!
Wade ate a big boy sandwich from Arby's yesterday and it was so cute. He actually only took a few bites, but it was cute none-the-less.

I forgot to post this one last weekend.
Wade has been having a blast this morning playing in the dishwasher!! It' supposed to be a beautiful weekend here, so we will spend a lot of time playing outside.

I know we are a little behind on posting, but I wanted to tell everyone Happy New Year!!
We are all doing great. Wade especially. He is getting some molars and really talking up a storm. He can practically run now and we have a hard time keeping up with him. We have some adorable videos we will share as soon as I get a moment to turn on the computer at home.
