There is a hurricane that might come this way. Mom doesn't think so, but she likes to stay prepared all summer just in case so we don't have to stand in line with all the silly people who wait until the last minute to prepare. The only thing we usually have to pick up is water so Dad got some yesterday.
Don't worry about us, we are prepared if the storm comes!! Let's just hope we don't have to evacuate, YUCK!
Hi all! I had another great weekend with Mommy and Daddy. First we went to see Caden, my new friend who was born last week. He is really cute and I can't wait to play golf with him. His Mommy and Daddy, Lisa and Charlie, are doing well also. Here is a picture of me and my new buddy:
We also went for a bike ride, don't I look cute in my helmet? Mom says the cooler weather will be here soon and we can spend more time outside on our bikes and walking and in the garden. I can't wait.
Mom and Dad got to go play golf with their friends Serean and Erik. I didn't get to go, but Mom did let me play with her 5 wood (or iron, whatever.).
I hope everyone else had a great weekend too. Mom says next weekend is a long one, and maybe even longer if Mommy and Daddy take Friday off too. I can't wait!!
Mom made some gumbo today and I got to try it. I really liked it!! She did a good job for her first time and she was so relieved that I enjoyed it. Here is a picture of me enjoying gumbo. 
And I have mastered showing my muscles, and I've even added sound. Mom and Dad got a new video of me, since everyone loved the last one so much!

We made it home from our Lousiana adventure. We had some fun times and some sad times. Mom has TONS of pictures to post, once she can get some time she will post all about it.
Also, I turned 10 months old on Friday!! We weren't able to take our dog picture, but will do it tomorrow and post it then.

We got some bad news this morning, my great grandpa Harold passed away last night. He was a wonderful man and will be very missed. But we know they are partying in heaven today in celebration of his arrival. Mom is going to take me to Lousiana this week to see my great grandmother and to attend his funeral. Mom says she is taking me back to learn about my cajun roots, whatever that means. You will be missed Popo Harold, we love you.
